Who I am
I live in Carmarthen, West Wales, with my husband and kids (including our homeschooled youngest) and two dogs who regularly make appearances in my Instagram stories.
I’ve run my own business for over a decade, taught in classrooms, spoken on stages, and written thousands of pieces of content for incredible, mission-led humans.
I love good coffee, wild walks, scruffy notebooks, and deep chats.
I believe in kindness, clarity, and saying what you really mean.
